Villa Roc e Mare is next to Villa Cala Rossa, both share common grounds and belong to the same owner. Both properties are also linked to hôtel Best Western Santa Maria in Ile Rousse

FOR YOUR COMFORT

Facing the sea and the islets, to which Ile Rousse owes its name,villa Roc e Mare offers the same comfort as a hotel in a 200 square metre private space.

The three bedrooms of the cottage all have air-conditioning with en-suite facilities, refined furniture and television. Two of them are equipped with a double bed while the last one includes two single beds.

The property comprises a spacious lounge opening directly to the sea and an elegant, large kitchen with all the necessary appliances.

Outside is a terrace complete with garden furniture including sunloungers and parasols tailor-made for basking in the sun, unless you prefer to cool off in the pool?

FACILITIES / AMENITIES

Bedrooms and bathrooms cleaned everyday. Bed sheeps and towels are changed once a week.
It should be noted that the kitchen, dining room, lounge and terrace must be in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.

Villa Roc e Mare is located in Ile Rousse, with walking distance of the town centre, faing the sea.
Ile rousse is positioned less than 20 minutes' ride from Calvi airport.

Villa Roc e Mare is next to Villa Cala Rossa in Ile Rousse.

Rental periods are from Saturday to Saturday.
Both properties can be interconnected to accommodate more people.

We rented this month (August 2011) the villa ROC E MARE in Ile Rousse Corsica (France) . We have left it sooner. www.villa-luxe.com/roc-e-mare/location.php or www.villas-de-corse.com and I think that SIMPSON TRAVEL in England rents this villa because papers of this rental agency are posted in the villa. I don’t know if SIMPSON TRAVEL knows how is really this villa ? good situation but state of pitiful cleanliness. Be careful, the services correspond in no way to those written. Furthermore, this villa can be dangerous for families with children (Visible electric cords, door of security of the swimming pool closed with an easily working plastic thread by children….), in the house, many also damaged things : among others, refrigerator in the kitchen out of order (an another one was deposited in an accessible secondary premise by way of a corridor where were deposited cans of paint, fire extinguisher, diverse bottles...), dishwasher gone in force into a kitchen which has to date of at least 15 years, swimming pool not maintained with mold on walls, system of closure broken with possibilities for whoever to enter into the villa in your absence, barbecue (of the most down-market) made rusty with dirty and unusable utensils, dishes + utensils cook very worn and dirty, microwaves which explodes us with the face during the 1st use and wich blows up lead. During the reservation, the staff of the hotel on whom depends the villa had said to us that breakfasts could be taken in the hotel but the first day, the owner of the hotel (Santa Maria = Best Western) says us that we have to pay them ! VILLA ROC E MARE ILE ROUSSE, a real swindle. We showed our dissatisfaction. The owner, who possesses the other villas of the site, also described as luxury villas, snubs us and says us that he is OK to give us a 250-euro reduction so that we can go to the restaurant ! a tip for the common people
So be careful, I don’t really how warn the possible English tenants but don’t rent the “luxury villa” ROC E MARE in ILE ROUSSE, you would be strongly disappointed. I can send photos to show the sad facts
