Villa Lucia , which is set in the private estate Villas Mandarine, is an ideal place for guests wishing to combine tranquillity and comfort with the convenience of Calvi’s amenities just a short walk away.

Villa Laetizia is set in a beautiful hamlet composed of a total of eight detached properties each occupying a spacious spot with private pool and flower filled garden.

Comfy contemporary style villa with wonderful, friendly personalized service. Ideal for families with children and groups of friends.

This 140 square metre detached single storey property, which can cater up to 10 guests (on special request), offers top of the notch services.

A corridor serves three privative bathrooms and three bedrooms leading out to a beautiful flower filled garden .
There is also a 55 square metre open plan living room with kitchen area opening onto an equipped terrace and a private pool.

The villa is appointed with modern facilities such as reversible air-conditioning, central vacuum system, flat screen LCD TV and wireless high-speed internet access ... without forgetting basic amenities including barbecue, sunbaths and garden furniture which adorn the terraces.

Another little perk is the customised daily cleaning service and final cleaning, which are both included.

The villa is situated 900 metres from the beach and pine grove and a mere 5 minutes' walk from the atmospheric harbour and Calvi's picture postcard town centre.

Bed sheets, pillow cases and beds made up and ready on arrival.
