This sumptuous villa is composed of two parts, linked by an open corridor. It has a living area of 285 m². Build on a plot of 2 550 m², it offers a great environment and greenish scenery.

The villa has air conditioning. The decoration is neat to satisfy the most demanding customers.

1rst part of the villa

Ground Floor

• Spacious living room: 2 settees, a sofa and a table, with TV. There is also a fire for winter evenings.
• Dining room : table in cherry wood for 10 people
• Equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, dish washer, oven, cooker and hood, microwave, sink, tableware, wine cellar and high table
• Laundry and WC

First Floor:

• Suite with dressing, safe deposit box, bathroom (shower and WC). Bed in 180*200, dressing table

2nd part of the villa

Garden level:

• Entrance hall with small kitchen cooker
• 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms (bed in 160*200, dressing, armchair). One of the bedrooms also has a washing machine.

First Floor:

• 2 bedrooms with bathrooms and dressings (beds in 90*200 convertible in double beds)
• Living room with settee, TV and DVD Player
• Equipped kitchen

With this very specific layout, the Villa Vista Piana is perfect for friends or for families : the 2nd part of the villa can be dedicated to the youngers ones !

Terraces are surrounding the villa, and some of them are covered.
A swimming pool (5*12m) completes this villa (electronic cover for security and sunbeds + sun umbrellas)

Arrivals on saturdays at 6 pm and departures on saturdays at 10 am.
