The property is located in the commune of Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio, 20 minutes north of Porto Vecchio. It is set within the grounds of a private estate close to the sea, within easy access to the lovely beach of Vardiola and a mere 10 minutes' ride from the spectacular beach of Pinarello.

Villa Clementine comprises a living/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen all opening onto a large shaded terrace with cellar facing the sea.

Adjoining the bean-shaped pool is the sleeping area consisting of four bedrooms (one of them has en-suite bathroom). Outside shower.

Plot size: approx. 1,400 square metres
