Tarrazza di Lozzi is a complex of 3 villas, for 4 to 6 people. Located in Cargese, all three villas have a sea view, and are near to the beach and small stores.

The living area is of 62 m²:

• Kitchen: cooker, oven, microwave, fridge with integrated freezer, coffee machine, dish washer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, flatiron, and ironing board
• Living room with television and sofa bed for 2 people
• 1 dining room
• 1 independant WC
• 1 bathroom with shower, WC and hair dryer
• 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of them has a private shower

The villa has air conditioning and heater. It also has internet and WiFi.

Each villa has a terrace with gas barbecue, as well as a garden seated area with sunbeds and sun umbrellas.

Private parking available.

Distance from the beach: 2.5 km (5 minutes by car)

One of the villas is accessible for disabled, if accompanied (there are no specific amenities, but the passageway is large enough).

Payment on site:

• Security deposit: € 600 (payment at arrival - returned within a delay of maximum 10 days )
• Final Cleaning: € 60

• Small pets allowed if requested
• Linen Pack (sheets, beach towels, ans household linen): € 20 / person / week.
• Baby bed and chair: free on request
• Cleaning during the stay: to be seen on site
• Arrival on Saturdays at 5 pm and departure on Saturdays at 10 am.
